ELIGIBILITY
- This promotion is for ApexFutures futures accounts only.
- Referrer cannot use any promotional material nor have a website to refer accounts.
- Referrers cannot represent themselves as Referring Brokers, Affiliates, Agents of ApexFutures or its clearinghouses.
- Referrer must be a live client of ApexFutures with a non-IRA account and have placed a trade in their account in the past 2 months.
- Referrer must not solicit or market for clients, nor act as an Introducing Broker or be required to register as one.
- Referred client cannot be an existing or previous client of ApexFutures.
- Referred client must open at least one self-traded non-IRA account using the ApexTrader or NinjaTrader trading platform.
- Referred accounts cannot be managed by a third-party.
Commission Reduction
- Referrer will be eligible to receive a $.10/rt commission reduction once the Referred client has placed a minimum of ten round turns on his/her self-traded account.
- Commission reduction is for the trading account of each qualified Referrer and no other forms of credit/reduction will be made.
- One commission reduction to Referrer per client that is referred.
- Commission reduction will not be issued if it lowers Referrer's commission rate below $.60/side.
- ApexFutures reserves the right to decline or reverse commission reduction should a payment be made in error or is deemed to be result of unethical practices.
- This offer is nontransferable.
- ApexFutures retains the right to modify, expand, or cancel this program at any time.
